Are you at Risk?

It's ALWAYS good to know what your risk are in life. Many of us are at risk for some disease or another and knowing is the beginning of prevention and/or lowering the risk. There are many resources and tools that we can use at home to help determine if we need to seek professional help in these matters. The most significant resource that most of us have at our fingertips is our Family Health History. Knowing this information can help us to know our risk for certain conditions.
